We are putting 1/2 log tounge and groove siding on our newly constructed home. What is your suggestion on the nails I am to use?

Answer:

Stainless would be the best, second best would be glavanized.

In onverting my garage to a guest house I'm going to put D log style yellow pine siding on the interior. The log side that will face the studs will it need to be treated? How careful do I have to be about its moisture content. Is there anything I should know to ask the supplier? Thank You
