So I am looking into buying a log home that has been forclosed on, it has been sitting vacant for at least a few years and the sump pump in the crawlspace has been off the whole time. Due to poor drainage there is water in the crawlspace that is creating some issues. the foundation is still solid but the moisture has created an issue of mold all over the entire interior of the home.
