I am building a new home and using pine log 1/4 siding. I have been told several different things how to seal it. I want to leave its natural color and put clear on it. What do you suggest I use? Thanks

You need to use some sort of stain with color (pigment). If you just use clear you will be redoing it in a couple of years at most. Life Line by Perma Chink is a good choice.
