We just purchased a log home with the Behr product on it. Can Behr still be contacted with a claim for product failure?

Yes, they are still around. I have had some customers that have tried the new Behr product and said that it has held up quit well. As with any finish, the proper method of application goes a long way in helping it last.

My log builder (who is extremely difficult to contact) recommends an oil-based Behr product for the exterior of the log cabin that he's building for me. So here is my questions for the person who answered the "Behr" question:

* Your customers had success with a "new Behr product" -- which one?

*Anything more you can tell me about this product?

I very much appreciate your help! --Roger

We have the old Behr Rawhide on our house and just found out it will cost a fortune to have it removed and replaced! Any suggestions on what to put on next? Or if/how we can contact Behr about a claim?
