From a leak in our roof after a heavy snow, water ran down the wall of our log home. The logs are flat rough and unfinished. The roof is fixed the logs have dried but we are left with water lines on the logs. Is there any way to get rid of them? Thanks Joy

Going to be hard, if possible at all on the rough surface. Sanding is the only good way if the stains are not to deep into the wood fiber. You could also try corn cob blasting, but very messy for interior work.
