Question:

How to fix or fill in where bore bees and wood pecker had made hole in the logs

Answer:

Just the bee hole should have a cotton ball stuffed into it and then caulk closed with Energy Seal. If there is a larger area damaged from the woodpeckers then you will need to fill with Wood Epox, sand down and stain to match. Very large areas of damage will require log replacement. spray some borate into the bee hole, then stuff with a piece of steel wool or sos pad and caulk.
