I just powerwashed fir deckings, all enclosed porches. Before I had a few boards that were "furry". I have more now. Do they have to be sanded out? I'd like to seal the decks & paint with PPG Advantage 900.

Yes on the sanding and let them dry a good long time (couple of weeks) before staining if you hit them so hard to fuzz them.
