Question:

I have build a small cabin using log siding and then decorated the interior with some fresh cut and peeled pine logs. How long do I need/want to let them dry before applying finish and is polyurethane the finish most use??

Answer:

6 months to a year is best. I hope you didn't put the green siding up already. You will end up with large gaps as it dries if so. I recommend LifeLine Interior stain and Acrylic finish. Call 800-564-2987 to purchase.
