I HAVE A LOG COTTAGE BUILT IN 1974 AND THE LOGS ARE STILL IN GOOD CONDITION BUT WE HAVE TO RE-STAIN IT THIS SUMMER AND THERE IS LARGE NATURAL CRACKS ON THE TOPS OF SOME LOGS SHOULD WE FILL THEM UP AND IF SO WITH WHAT TO PREVENT WATER FROM ENTERING?
