Question:

The interior of our log cabin is just not appealing to me anymore. The wood has just been stained with a clear coat, therefore our interior has a yellowish/orangish look. I am wanting to stain the entire inside a darker color. What is the process of doing this?

Answer:

Wipe the walls down with a warm water and Log Wash per the label. Apply one light coat of the same brand of stain in a darker color. You can go darker, but not lighter so experiment in some out of sight area.
