Question:

I have a wooden bed, I have a constant gnawing sound under my bed, at times it feels like something's in the mattress, I've turned the bed upside down, again there's nothing there ! It doesn't stop, morning noon or night ! I get very little sleep. There's also vibrations from the chewing, or gnawing ! What can this be ?

Answer:

Sounds like you have powder post beetle in the wood. It would need to be stripped to bare wood and then treated with borate. Might be better to get a new bed.
