I have purchased a manufactured log home within the last year and am looking to restain it. I am wondering if I need to chink it or if I can caulk as needed. I have had several estimates and only one says I need to chink it. I have done much homework on the internet and it seems that with a manufactured log home there is already a chink in the joints where the logs come together. Can you help me?
