Question:

I have a log home built with 6"x12" square logs. One wall has bowed in the middle about 2 1/2". Can I use a steel channel on both sides to pull it together or maybe one log on one side with lags to straighten this?

Answer:

You should have a structural engineer look at it for the proper fix.
