my windows and doors in my new southland loghome needs to be insulated. what do you recommend I use, spray foam or caulking ? perhaps something of your preference.


Do not use the spray foam. It is open celled and will draw moisture. Stuff fiber glass insulation in, place a piece of backer Grip Strip and caulk.
