Question:

My logs have alot of carpenter bee/woodpecker damage, what should I fill these holes with to repair the structural integrity ?

Answer:

Depends on how big they are. If quite large the log should be replaced. Other than that you can dust the bee holes and fill with Energy Seal caulk.
