My husband and I are planning on refurbishing a chestnut cabin from the 1800's. Unfortunately, it has been empty for many years. Mice and other creatures have been in and out. It needs to be cleaned, but more importantly- disenfected! What should I use to disenfect the floors inside to make it safe for crawling babies? Bottom line- I need to clean urine and droppings! Ewwww!

I would would replace the floors.
