We're in the process of building a cabin and plan on using 1" x 12" flat face log siding on the interior walls. My question is do we need to apply anything over the insulated interior walls before we apply the siding. Thanks

You should check your building codes, but I would put some 1/2" or 5/8" OSB up first and the attach the siding to it.
