I have a old barn beam log cabin with cedar siding at top. What is the easiest and best cleaner for both? After cleaned what is a easy all-in-one clear stain that will waterproof and preserve that I can put on the logs and cedar siding? Thanks

You should wash with Log Wash first. There is no clear sealer that will work well. Avoid using any "water seal" materials as they are high in paraffin and plant oils that will turn black over time. It would be better to just allow to turn gray and treat with a borate.
