I purchased an old antique log home, and I would like to know what I can put on the exterior logs to seal them. The logs are in good shape, outside of a few cracks in the wood, but I don't want them to rot. Also, what can I use to fill the cracks in the wood? Thanks

First, DO NOT fill the cracks (checks) in the logs. If the logs are just gray I would recommend just apply a good borate treatment like Shell Guard and leave it without stain for the historic look.
