We have a 45 year old log cabin in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The bottom logs have rotted to point that we cut off the ends and filled with mortar cement. We get up to 400 inches of snow a winter and the snow is against it until late April. We would like to maintain the interior log look but must cover the outside to save this cabin. We want to make repairs to bottom log (s). One problem we have is that we built on an addition to the end of camp and it would be difficult to get at those l
