Home, Bulid. 2004, (1200sq.ft )chinking not done right around windows, and on ouside logs, looks like contractor use old chinking, (morter), had ESt. for Perma-chink, taking out some of the old, and covering some of the old, and restainig with perma stain and top coat, they where going to pressure wash then chink and stain, I know this is not going to be cheap, but thought $23,595.00 was way to much is this out of line is their somthing less coastly to use, we are trying to get other Est.
