I have a cedar log home. The logs are tongue and grove, 3 1/2” x 6” (slightly rounded; it’s been a number of year since logs have been treated; however, all in reasonably good condition. What would one suggest is the best process and products for siding (covering) the exterior of the home including added insulation, UV & mold/rot resistance? Is it necessary to chink the gaps to ‘smooth’ out the wall and install house warp (could house wrap cause more harm than good) or can one just attach fur
