found a log cabin built in 1984 the logs have carpenter ants prob termites an have been painted on the exterior I don’t mind the labor or the work does tenting help? also whats a cost of a three car log garage.. in texas

If there is ants and termites there is wet, rotten wood. Get that taken care of first call Ryan at 877-788-5647 for help with that. He may be able to help you with the cost of a log garage. You then need to get the paint stripped off and apply a good borate solution. Shell Guard would be the best. Then restain and caulk or chink if needed.
