We are purchasing a split log cabin and it looks like it needs stained & sealed. Also a few logs are pulling off the side of the house. It is a 1800 sq ft. house. Is it an expensive process to fix these type of things? We are considering dropping out of the contract if this is a big problem. Thanks!
