I have a log home and have applied a clear finish on the exterior logs (pine) for years. A couple of years ago I wanted a color so we bleached and power washed the exterior and scraped off the loose flakes. We then applied a paint coating and now notice white spots on all sides of the house. There is no adhesion problem; just white spotes. Could this be from the bleach not totally removed from pressure washing or what would this be? Solution?
