Reducing Dust in Open-Log Interior of Log Home

our log house is open logs inside we have a lot of dust that is hard on my wife how can i stop this

Nothing I can think of really. It is easier to clean if the logs are sanded smooth and have a couple of coats of stain or clear coat on them.
