Allergic Reaction to Knotty Pine in Log Cabin?

I moved into a log cabin with knotty pine interiors. Within an hour my asthmatic symptoms were exacerbated and have been getting worse daily. Could I have an allergy to the knotty pine even though it has been sealed. If so,is there anything I can do aside from moving? Thank you.
