I have a 40 yr. old lake house with screened porch. Porch is untreated lumber, all painted wood. The porch has old house borers and we are told they have not migrated to the house. To ensure that they don’t in the future, we are considering a tent fumigation as we hope to sell the house next year. Is this what you would recommend?
