We took down a family cabin built in 1983.Now its up new roof etc.Logs are not rotten,but in bad shape and it sat off so now there are gaps as well none of the gaps are more than 1”. I am using a grinder on the interior and waiting to do the exterior until after winter.We are going to have someone Permachink (we hope this is best for here in Central BC)?Can I use a Sikkens Interior Log Product and still caulk or if necessary Chink.We hope to only chink the exterior,but we may end up having to do
