Hello, I am looking at purchasing a log home that was built in 1987 with Canadian logs. The second floor is bowed running the length of the home just above the main support beam which has caused the flooring to separate. I am told the wood dried out because the previous owner used wood stove all the time and it is easily replaced? Can the flooring be fixed? Might the support jacks need adjusting?
