Ok two questions: 1. If I use water and a scrub brush to clean the exterior logs on a home that was treated with motor oil do I have to treat the logs with motor oil after? 2. Can I use new motor oil instead of used? I am trying to sell the house and the front is just dirty and grimy. That is why I am cleaning.
