My neighbor would spray diesel around wood fascia of his conventional home twice a year. It deterred wood beetles and spiders. After I fought spiders for years (in Louisiana) hired terminix to no avail, I resported to diesel spraying for the last 5 years like they did and POOF! no more spiders or wood bees and it did not stain or seem to hurt wood trim. Is this safe for log homes also?J Mc
