I am looking for an interior and exterior stain or sealant for our Oak dblock home. We are beginning to get some black mold where the rain backsplashes. We will put a roof on the walkway this summer, Spoke with one lady that says that she had someting applied that was like a polymar, can’t find out anything about this. HELP
