Tyvex over the sheeting is fine. If you are going to heat the building you will want ot put the insulation on the inside between the studs. Cut thesiding at a 45′ angle to meet at the corners much like base trim board. You can always run trim boards vertically over the corners if you are not happy with the look you end up with. The windows are to hard to tell. Every situation is different. It depends on how the windows are installed.
