When using red cedar log siding, do you advise putting 15# felt paper outside the house wrap, against the cedar? Also, do you recommend putting plastic wrap on the inside of studs, too, before covering inside walls with red cedar dimension lumber? I heard cedar degrades house wrap. Thanks.
