I built a log home in Alaska with three sided logs. I did not peel the bark from the logs on the outside of the house and now as I am slowly peeling the bark off I am finding lots of what looks like worm holes or sqiggles in the wood under the bark and lots of white egg casings. My house is also full of tiny grey moths this winter. Are the moths doing the damage and if so how do I get rid of them under the bark?
