Our 1903 hand-hewn home has been added on to both up and out multiple times. We took the drywall off of the interior, hoping to expose the logs. There are many old windows that now look into interior rooms. The ceilings were also lower before so second story windows are not below the ceiling on the first floor. What is the best way to fill in the windows? Any way to match/repair/patch the holes left by the windows? Thank you.
