We are looking to buy a 900 sq foot log cabin built in 1960 in Narragansett, RI. There is a deck on the back of the house, and there is some rotted logs where the deck meets the house and near the back door. Also I can’t tell if the house has been painted or if it is a solid stain, but it is peeling. Could you recommend someone to inspect this and give us an estimate for how much it will cost to repair?
