This is a glass problem. Or it could be they where installed improperly and did not allow for movement in the house or they were just faulty from the start. Hard to say.

Not real familiar with stucco application, but I would think you will need to first repair rot, and then run furring strips to attach the board that stucco would be applied to. Do not just put the stucco on the logs.

I’m sure the flooring can be replaced. Not sure if adjusting the support jacks will do much an a house this old.
