As long a it hasn’t froze.
If it has never been stained and you like the look I would recommend a LIGHT wash and apply a good borate solution like Shell Guard and call it good.
You will probably need to have it stripped and start over with a good latex stain made for log homes. LifeLine from Perma Chink and Capture/Cascade from Sashco are both very good. Stay away from the Woodguard.
You don’t unless it is a solid stain or you strip back to bare wood and start over with the color you like.
If it isn’t showing wear I wouldn’t recommend it. You do not want to get too much of a build up or it will tend to peel. Every 3 years if you can make it that long.

Yes. Be sure to mist to rinse well.
It needs to be stripped or you are wasting your money.
I have used the Perma Chink Advanced Topcoat Gloss or Satin over the Woodscapes before and it work great. Call Dave at 800-564-2987 to purchase.
I do not recommend the bleach unless it is in very small quantities, like one cup to five gallons of water. You will have to get up on a ladder to wash.
