Life Line if you want semitransparent or Sherwin Williams Woodscapes if you want to use solid.

Not my first choice. Go with a good quality stain like Life Line. If you want to use solid stain (looks like paint) go with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes.

I like Life Line stain. I have used it for years and had very good results. The key to any log home stain is keeping up on the maintenance.

If you keep up on the maintenance you will rarely have to media blast. spot treat the bad areas then apply on coat over entire house to freshen up look.
