You will just seal in the rot and prolong the problem. Get it fixed right before there is real trouble with the strucure.

Seal the cracks with Energy Seal. You will need to keep an eye on them for failure. The product from S.W. was probaly Woodscapes. Good stuff! I would recommend two coats on the lower boards and one coat on the upper portion. Good Luck! PS You need rain gutters on… Read More »Archive-5812
