Addressing Large Gaps and Drafts in Log Cabin

i have a question, ..i have real large gaps where the logs have torn open the whole log it self. and the beams have twisted during the winter, i tighted the bolts but still have large gaps lots of wind comes in, i had the outside seams filled with seal, but the door part has opened twice as big, what should i try..windows leak, draft comes in and also bugs of many sizes. i need help
