I will have a home built with log-slab siding affixed to stick-construction on the interior as well as exterior. I plan to use recycled-denim-batt insulation to fill the space surrounding the stick construction. The siding will have a hand-hewn finish with full dovetailed ends. Although the siding will be milled to fit flush with each piece, a significant amount of natural chamfer will taper toward each flush edge, but will create the illusion of a natural full log.
