I am considering the purchase of a log home built in 1975ish, It has the d-logs but the logs themselves are only about 2-1/2 inches thick and 4 inches high with t&G. I live in PA and I am afraid that this place hard/expensive to heat because the walls are so thin.
Will I need to build insulated walls inside of the house to be able to heat the place? Is this house a loser and I should walk away?
