I am giving consideration to purchasing a log shell which is 1400 sq ft. The seller says it’s a $70,000 shell which he’s offering at $30,000 because he doesn’t have the money to finish it. The logs have weathered because they’ve been sitting outside and appear to have blackened a little. The logs are about 10″ round and the joints appear to be tight.
