I have a log home built in the 1980’s. I’ve been told that it was likely tar that was used for the chinking. The inside looks great and I love the black color but would like to go over the outside again to get any holes/natural wear, etc. but still keep the black color. Any ideas on what I can use that will work? Thanks.
