I have a barn beam log cabin with mortar chinking. The mortar is not cracked and still good but it has pulled about 1/8 of a inch or smaller away from the logs in places. Can I use perma chink caulk to fill the small gap between mortar and log or what is the best solution for a watertight/air tight seal? Thanks
