Log cabin built in 1992. Owner used any kind of sealant he could find for chinking. I would like to pressure wash/clean re-stain and chink. It that the sequence, staining then chinking? Thanks.

It depends on how big your logs are. If they are 8” or less you should chink first. Log homes with smaller dia logs tend to look like a Zebra when chinked last. I will just add also that I am not a fan of power washing.
