We have a pine Log home, three years old. When they built it somehow they forgot to vent the stove exhuast out… I am curious what and how I should cut a hole to add the vent.

You should be able to cut a hole just about anywhere. Would not recommend very close to the bottom of a window. There may be a building code in your on where it needs to be vented.
